Seven self contained, fully furnished studio apartments each with its own en-suite, kitchenette and private balcony overlooking the Khancoban Lake and Snowy Mountains. Six studios with a queen size and single bed. One studio with king size bed and fold out sofa bed along with disabled access bathroom.

Self serve continental breakfast is available in the spacious communal dining room each day with provisions in the refrigerator that you can take to your room if you wish. Tea and coffee are available all day. Adjacent to the dining room is a fully equipped kitchen and is also available on request for groups. Also attached is a large sitting room with reverse cycle air conditioning, piano, TV, DVD player and library with separate TV, reading and card playing areas. A balcony overlooks the solar heated salt water swim spa, lake and distant mountains. The sitting room converts to a conference room or school room for fly fisherman, yoga, painting classes or church groups with separate dining room for breakfast, morning and afternoon tea, lunch and dinner.

Relax with the view from your room balcony, main deck or the swim spa. Native forest lies at the back door and a fertile valley unfolds from the balcony. Magnificent views and breathtaking scenery provides a perfect setting for that ultimate escape to the Snowy Mountains, no matter the season! The adjacent bushland features abundant bird-life and kangaroos, almost certain to be seen at dawn and dusk.
